“Volunteer Income Tax Assistance” and “Taxpayer Counseling for the Elderly” of the “Internal Revenue Service” and others provide income tax assistance to provide assistance to low-income, differently-abled, non-English speaking, or elderly people and may include free IRS electronic filing of tax returns.
