Tonight, the University of Wisconsin-Madison Dance Department presents Slight Switches, a student concert features original works by nine student choreographers highlighting their talent as dancers and as choreographers. SlightSwitches will premiere a variety contemporary dance works that explore the incongruous human elements of relationships through movement. There is a ticket charge and it is at the Margaret H'Doubler Performance Space, Lathrop Hall, 1050 University Avenue, tonight and tomorrow night at 8. Check dance.wisc.edu for more information.

Tomorrow, the Phoenix Forum hosts a discussion on Governor Walker, the national corporate offensive, and how to fight back. This is at Orient House Restaurant, 626 South Park Street, at 11:30. Call 442-8399 for more details.

Tomorrow, Ladies Must Swing, a big band of 19 energetic dames, host a dance party featuring big band standards. This is at the High Noon Saloon, 701 East Washington Avenue, from 5:30 to 7. There is a cover charge. Check ladiesmustswing.com for more details.

Sunday, Churches Center for Land and People host a locally produced and prepared meal while attending an indoor farmers market. There is a suggested donation and proceeds go to the farmers who provided ingredients for the meal and 10% goes to the Harvest of Hope fund which relieves farmers in financial distress.
