Tonight from 5:30 to 7:30, Sundance Cinema at Hilldale Mall will hold a Taste of Sundance Benefit for Community Groundworks. The public is invited to participate in an evening of hors d'oeuvres and cocktails and to learn more about the latest projects like the Kids' Outdoor Kitchen, the passive solar greenhouse and the Youth Grow Local initiative that brings horticultural and culinary education to kids across Madison. Tonight at 7 pm at Stendahl Parlor (404 S. Park St), the Open University of the Left will discuss Marx's Wage Labor & Capital. Marx's 20-page text, based on lectures and articles 1847-49, is the first systematic exposition of Marx's economic theory.
