This afternoon the A.E. Havens Center sponsors a talk with Stephen Ball from the Institute of Education at the University of London. “Volunteer Income Tax Assistance” and “Taxpayer Counseling for the Elderly” of the “Internal Revenue Service” and others provide income tax assistance to low-income, differently-abled, non-English speaking, or elderly people.
