Today at 4pm, the Dane County Timebank offers the workshop, “Building Blocks & Bridging Barriers”.  Find out where timebanking fits into community resiliency and human-scaled economics, where Dane County TimeBank fits in the global movement toward economic justice.  This is at the US Bank Conference Room, 1 S. Tonight at the Stoughton Public Library, is “To Be! Shakespeare Here and Now,” an interactive presentation on the life of William Shakespeare.  The library is located at 304 S. Fourth St. in Stoughton.  Please call 873-6281 for more information.

A Workshop on Avoiding Burnout for Community Leaders and Volunteers is tonight and May 31st.  This is at 6:30pm at the Urban League of Greater Madison, 2222 S. Park St., Evjue Room B.  There is a sliding fee for the workshop.  Go to manystonesconsulting.com for more information.

Volunteers are needed for the Madison Veterans for Peace Memorial Mile. Installation is set for Saturday, May 26 at 9 AM.  Help is also needed to remove them on Sunday June 3 at 3 PM.  Call John 438-7480 or email at jhfour@gmail.com
