“Volunteer Income Tax Assistance”(VITA) and “Taxpayer Counseling for the Elderly”(TCE) of the “Internal Revenue Service” and others provide income tax assistance to low-income, differently-abled, non-English speaking, or elderly people and may include free IRS electronic filing of tax returns.
