Today and until August 31, Mother Fools’ Coffee Shop, 1101 Williamson Street, will host an art exhibit titled BeMerry and Special Guest. Registration is now open for Brian Lazorik’s Beginning Massage for Better Health. Today is the first day of the Sweet Corn Festival in Sun Prairie. The 4-day event, located at Angell Park, near the intersection of Highway 19 and Highway N, features a carnival with rides and games, food booths, live bands, a craft show, petting zoo, kiddie korner with large inflatables and more. Madison’s Recycling Away from Home is seeking volunteers to help with recycling and trash collection at Orton Park Music Festival next weekend. Since the city does not provide recycling services at most neighborhood events, Recycling Away from Home takes the task of setting up recycling bins, then checking and replacing bags as needed.
