This morning Madison Area Technical College (MATC) librarians will provide attendees advice, tips and templates for making easy and effective resumes and cover letters. They will need to have basic computer skills to attend this workshop. This is at the Sequoya Branch Library meeting room, 4340 Tokay Boulevard at 9:30. Call 266-6385 for details.

This afternoon the main downtown library hosts a workshop for job seekers. They will help participants work on resumes and cover letters, locate Internet Job sites, and apply for jobs online. This evening the North and Eastside Coalitions for Older Adults hosts the next in their ongoing series of music segments. It is the “North Country Drifters playing waltzes and polkas. This evening the Madison Infoshop holds a meeting of the “Muffin Club” women’s health discussion group. The discussion topic is “masturbation.” The group is women, trans, and intersex only space. It is at 1019 Williamson Street at 7:00. Call 262-9036 for details.
