Friday night at 7, “the Froth House Garden” will offer a free concert with “Chris Skinner”. The music is an innovative fusion of funk, jazz, and smooth acoustic guitar. Friday night at sundown, the “Madison Infoshop” will offer a screening of the 2007 Brazilian crime-thriller "City of Men ". The Infoshop is located at 1019 Williamson Street Snacks or beverages to share are suggested. For details call 262-9036.

Saturday the “Dane County Grassroots Network” and “Organizing for America” will sponsor a March and Rally to support Health Care for All. The group will gather at the library mall at 2:30, then March up to the Capitol for a rally at 3:00. Mama Dig down’s brass band will provide music and the featured speaker will be Congresswoman Tammy Baldwin. For details call 241-1437.

Sunday at 2 pm, the “Madison Trust for Historic” Preservation will offer a private, behind the scene tour of the Orpheum Theatre. Participants will visit the opulent interior of the historic "New" Theatre and tour the backstage areas where movies and live acts have shown continually since its opening in 1927. The tour will begin at 216 State Street and last approximately one hour. Reservations are required by calling 441-8864.

“OutThere” is a LGBTA social group for ages eighteen to twenty-four. Activities include movie nights, trips, social gatherings and more organized through OutReach at 600 Williamson Street in Madison. On Saturday, “Madison residents” can learn about Wisconsin 's role in the Civil War as historians recreate some of the atmosphere and emotion present at Madison 's Camp Randall in the 1860s. Midday visitors will be able to hear authentic music of the Civil War era played on antique instruments. At noon Governor Doyle and several character actors portraying such figures as President and Missus Lincoln will review a parade through the grounds.
