AND I'm ___________________ . Today in 1986: The U.S. Attorney General's Commission on Pornography releases a one thousand and sixty-page report stating that pornography leads to sexual violence and aggressive behavior towards women.

Critics of the report call the findings "bizarre". The "National Organization for Women" expresses concern that action against pornography might be used by the nation's "religious right" to spread hatred of the gay and lesbian population.

It's today’s Action Calendar!
