Community Literacy is a Literacy Network ESL program designed to tutor adult learners one-on-one in a classroom setting where childcare and additional tutor support are available. The 2011 Capitol Vegetable Garden returns this week to welcome summer visitors to the Wisconsin State Capitol building and Capitol Square events.
