Monday at noon in their Spanish edition of WORT’s “A Public Affair” hosts Alfonso Zapeda-Capistran and Donna Vukelich speak with guests on new government in El Salvador. They are taking office today. Call 256-2001 for details.

Through June third this station is having the “WORT Summer pledge drive.” This listener sponsored community radio station gets the majority of its budget from its listener’s donations. The Rape Crises Center is a non-profit community organization. They aid people who need support and information after experiencing or being close to someone sexual assaulted in the past or recently.
