Smart Recovery is a science-based and secular program to assist individuals in recovering from an addiction. Meetings are held weekly on Wednesday evenings at the Wil-Mar center, 953 Jenifer Street. Today through Sunday, the Mercury Players Theatre will present " The Well"- A Comedy by Lisa Kron about health, illness, race relations and her mother. A playwright's surprisingly funny look back at life with her mother, who appears on stage whether she likes it or not. Are you a same sex parent or planning to become one? Have you been wanting to meet other families like your own family? The Outreach center hosts a monthly same sex family group which meets the third Thursday of the month. Children are welcome to come with parents but are not necessary for attendance.
