Wednesday evening the “Tunes at Monona Terrace” series presents “Duvall and Brown with “Get Down Mister Brown” doing sing music. This is at 6:30 at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center, one John Nolen Drive. Call 241-6000 for details.

Wednesday evening the Madison Infoshop hosts a free screening of the 1971 romance, “Harold and Maude.” In it a twenty year old, “Harold” falls in love with seventy nine year old “Maude”. This is at 6:30 in Escape Java Joint, 916 Williamson Street. Call 262-9036 for details. It will be followed by a discussion of the meaning of love and unconventional relationships.

Thursday at noon on this pledge drive edition of WORT’s A Public Affair host Barbara Golden speaks with Glen Ford, senior editor of the “Black Agenda,” on Barack Obama. She will also talk to Karen Bond, a media specialist from Chicago. Call 256-2001 for details.

Tuesday and Thursday afternoons there is a food pantry at the Catholic Multicultural Center. Clients choose anything shelved based on food availability. This is between 2:30 to 4:30. Please, register before 1:00 the day before. Call 255-1287 for details.

There is a free computer lab in the Catholic Multicultural Center. It is available weekdays from 9:00-5:30 at 1862 Beld Street. Lab Users must always show a photo ID and take an orientation the first time. Call 255-1287 for details.

Until tax filing day on April 15 the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) and Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) programs provide people with limited incomes, disabilities, or, limited English proficiency free tax help. For details call 1-800-829-1040 or 414- 297-3302.
