Tuesday afternoon there are open art classes for kids ages four and up. This is at 3:00 in the Williamson Street Art Center, 1020 Williamson Street. Call 256-8878 for details. These occur regularly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Wednesday at noon there is a YMCA Racial Justice program. It is a cross-cultural dialogue about race in Madison and free community brown bag lunch. It is in the Catholic Multicultural center, 1862 Beld Street. Call 257-1436 for details.

Wednesday at noon on WORT's A Public Affair host Esty Dinur speaks with Max Ashwill in Jenin, West Bank. Call 256-2001 for details.

The Community Action Coalition, Food Co-op helps people to extend their food budget. For a small advanced fee, participants receive fresh food worth at least twice as much money. There are various pick-up dates and places, throughout Madison. Call Ken at 246-4730, extension 205 for more information.

Networks, an AIDS Network affiliate, is an HIV prevention service that is an authorized, confidential syringe exchange program serving Dane and Rock Counties. They can provide shooting and safer sex supplies and information on HIV, STD’s, overdose prevention, detox and treatment facilities. For details, call 516-2155.
