 This afternoon the “Goodman South Madison branch” library hosts a “Teen Tuesday.” Teens in grades six through twelve are invited to quote “bring some skills and imagination to show off your talents in a wide array of art and technology workshops”. “Dane County Friends of Ferals” needs homes for outdoor cats. For a small fee, food, water and shelter the cats are neutered or spayed, vaccinated, dewormed and tested for Feline Leukemia Virus and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus. Call 467-4067 for details.
 
People who cannot afford a lawyer or, are not qualified for free legal representation may get help. They may call the “University of Wisconsin Law School’s Consumer Law Clinic” at 263-6283.
 
“Lifepoint” needle exchange program is associated with the “AIDS Resource Center in Wisconsin.” It prevents the spread of HIV by trading used needles for clean ones. They are anonymous, free and mobile. They offer HIV and Hepatitis C testing. In Madison participants may call 332-6169 for details.
