From now through January second the “NECA” (National Electrical Contractors Association), the “International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers” (IBEW) and others have constructed the “Holiday Fantasy in Lights.” These are light pictures of a bulldozer, Santa and his sleigh, a Menorah and other holiday items.
