Today at noon the South Central Federation of Labor holds LaborFest 2010. Music will be provided by Paul Cebar and the Milwaukeans and The Westside Andy and Mel Ford Band.”There will be a magic show, lots of good food, face painting and balloons. This evening on WORT’s Access Hour there is a program about Caribbean adventure sailing expeditions; personal dreams and taking risk to fulfill them. This will be intertwined with a discussion of the modern affairs of the Caribbean, its culture and music. This is at 7:00. Call 256-2001 for details.

Lifepoint needle exchange program is associated with the “AIDS Resource Center in Wisconsin.” It prevents spread of HIV by trading used needles for clean ones. They are anonymous, free and mobile and offer HIV and Hepatitis C testing. In Madison participants may call 332-6169 for details.
