The Anti-Mine Film Series presents the film, “Red Gold”. This 2009 documentary examines the threat posed a pebble mining project at two important sockeye salmon rivers in Alaska. The 25th Annual Take a Stake in the Lakes volunteer cleanup of Dane County’s lakes and streams will be held on June 9th for Mendota and Kegonsa Lakes and 16th for Monona, Waubesa and Wingra Lakes.
