Contemporary artists Ai Weiwei, El Anatsui, and Catherine Opie are featured in the video “Change”. These artists engage in practices that provoke thinking about our changing world and promote a reconsideration of the social dynamics and political processes present in the creation and presentation of an artwork. The Low Income Taxpayer Clinic serves individuals who have a problem with the Internal Revenue Service and whose income is below a certain level. LITCs are independent from the IRS and can provide representation before the IRS or in court on audits, tax collection disputes, and other issues for free or for a small fee.
