Artworking is hosting an evening of art and music tonight at 5 in the Common Wealth Gallery at 100 South Baldwin Street. Artworking provides professional development and support for artists with cognitive disabilities. 15 talented and emerging artists will be showcased. The Literacy Network invites the public to be a part of someone's success story by participating in the 18th annual Literacy Network Run/Walk at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday. The Madison Chapter of Mocha Moms, Inc. is sponsoring an Autism Awareness Seminar Saturday from 10:30 to noon, at the Waisman Center, University of Wisconsin, 1500 Highland Ave. The presenter will give an overview of Autism, the symptoms, diagnosis, treatment options, and services and resources for families having children with the disorder.
